Month-Of Coordination

For couples who have handled most planning and just need expert execution support as your wedding approaches.


This package begins about four to six weeks before your big day — perfect for couples who already have their vendors and major details in place but want peace of mind that everything will come together.

We manage the final weeks so you can relax, knowing that timelines, vendor confirmations, and logistics are fully handled.

Package Includes:

  • Creation of a personalized wedding day timeline

  • Vendor communication and confirmations

  • Floor and decoration plan review and assistance

  • Set-up coordination at ceremony and reception sites

  • Creation and execution of a detailed ceremony timeline in conjunction with your officiant

  • Rehearsal coordination

  • Full day-of coordination + point person for vendors

  • 10hrs of day-of coordination with myself and my assistant on-site

  • Complete timeline execution and problem-solving
